What payment options are available?
For customers in the Indonesia region, payments are exclusively through bank transfers. However, for the international market, we offer a wide array of choices including credit card payments.

Absolutely, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The upgrade will take effect immediately, and you'll gain access to the additional features and allowances as per the plan you choose.
How does the task creation limit work?
Each plan has a set limit of tasks that can be created per month. For the Free plan, if you reach your task limit, we will notify you, and you will not be able to create additional tasks until the next billing cycle starts. For Pro plan, if you exceed your task limit, the additional tasks will be automatically included in your next invoice.

For Free plan users, if you exceed your monthly task limit, you will receive a notification, and your ability to create new tasks will be paused until the next billing cycle.
